A deposit of $300 is due by September 2, 2005. Payments received after that date will be processed on a space-available basis.
Full payment is due by April 3, 2006
Pricing is based on estimated airline price for June of 2006. Final pricing will be available in September 2005.
With your deposit receipt we will send a color brochure with tour conditions and general travel information.
Roommates: If you need a roommate, we are usually able to provide one. A fee of $570 may be applied if you are among the last to register and we cannot provide a roommate for you, so register early. Hotels will allow up to three people per room, upon request.
The fare for 1 child rooming with 2 adults : under 2 - $300 2-12: saves $300
Prices are subject to change due to new airline fuel surcharges and/or tax increase that may be changed up to the date the airline tickets are written.
REFUNDS AND PENALTIES: If you need to cancel, you must notify Inspired Travel in writing. All cancellations will be charged a $135 processing fee per person. Cancellations after March 3, 2006 are charged a $300 penalty. Cancellations after April 3, 2006 are subject to additional airline, hotel, and tour penalties that may exceed 75% of the tour cost.
