Leadership - strengthening the functional structures of leadership in the church

Proposal
The implementation team believes that leadership oversight at First Christian Church will be strengthened by increasing the visibility of the Leadership (Elders & Pastoral Staff) and making them more accessible and approachable by the membership. ( click here for more information)

Prayer & Fasting - incorporating a culture and structure of prayer and fasting within the leadership of the church as an example to the body & moving the body toward a culture and structure of lifting up the leadership of the church through prayer and fasting.
